Before programs begins, a 60 minute initial consultation is conducted. This initial meeting helps get both the Coach and the client on the same page when setting expectations for the Fitness Training and Health Coaching program, and goals for the future.
Through this formal discussion, all collected data aids in creating a tailored program for the client and is relatively time-efficient and successful. Desire's inital consultation also, allows trainer to become a bit more comfortable with the client before putting them through a fitness and routine workout.
